Our Partners

IISART will continue the tradition of collaborating with clinical and academic partners to organize the INRS program.

The International Society for Virtual Rehabilitation (ISVR) provides a multidisciplinary forum for engineers, scientists and clinicians who are interested in employing new technologies for physical, psychological, cognitive, and social rehabilitation applications. The purpose of the society is to encourage research in, education in, advocacy of, and improved collaboration between researchers, clinicians, industry and policy makers with regard to, virtual rehabilitation and tele-rehabilitation.

The World Federation for NeuroRehabilitation (WFNR) is a multidisciplinary organization open to any professional with an interest in neurological rehabilitation. The organization exists to act as a forum of communication between those with an interest in the subject. The WFNR produces a regular newsletter (WFNR Update) that is produced twice a year. The WFNR organizes a World Congress in NeuroRehabilitation every two years.

The Reeve Foundation’s NeuroRecovery Network® (NRN) supports cutting-edge clinical rehabilitation centers and Community Fitness and Wellness Facilities (CFWs) that make up two branches of care for people living with spinal cord injury and other physical disabilities. The NRN moves science into clinical practice by developing and – more importantly – providing activity-based therapies that promote functional recovery and improve the health and overall quality of life for people living with paralysis. These therapies and exercise programs are based on new scientific knowledge about the remarkable plasticity of the brain and spinal cord (central nervous system).
